I am a (very) small business, and, as such, I rely on a third-party billing company to help me handle the complexities of medical billing. If you have a billing question, they will be able to help. If you continue to have issues, please let me know.
APS Medical Billing: 1-800-594-1876
Please note that you will need your account number to access their system.
I welcome calls from all – patients, physicians, the general public. But, please, be respectful.
Also, I do not give out pathology results over the phone to patients (or family members). I am, however, happy to discuss one of my reports once you have received a signed-out copy from your physician or MyChart.
Finally, please note that I’m a diagnostician – I diagnose things. I do not treat patients nor do I offer opinions on medical care, prognosis, etc. I can discuss pathology reports, but patients need to consult their other physicians if they have additional medical questions.
